- Market analysis and suggesting sales strategy / product roadmap in the responsible area;
- Product planning, analyzing the technical demand / product function / license of the responsible area market;
- Analyze the development trend of the solar inverter market in the responsible area;
- Analysis of the competitor’s strategy / operation in the responsible area
- Technical solution verification with customer & solution optimization to ensure the leading edge;
- Design solar solution according to customer requirement;
- Organize and lead technical meetings with customer. Provide technical support to the solar PV RFQ and RFP processes;
- Execution of internal process by following SOP technical sales of Huawei FusionSolar Smart PV solution and SUN2000 series inverter;
- Support the project bidding by preparing BOM / quotation tracking purchase orders, maintaining project documentation, responding to queries from internal and external customers;
- Maintain customer relationship.
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
- At least 5 years of experience in technical sales position or EPC background is preferred
- Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented and strong communication skills
- Expert in MS Suite
- Experience in solar inverter industry is an advantage
- Understanding of the development and trend of the energy industry,
- Being familiar with the energy policies, market development direction, industry/standard organizations
- Fluent in English and Croatian both writing & Speaking
