- Driving the Key Account commercial O+O strategy, focusing on maximizing P&L Management and Sell-Out in a sustainable and profitable manner.
- Leading and validating the annual plan, JBP, growth targets, market share objectives, and P&L.
- Contributing to the 3-year strategic plan in collaboration with the Customer & Retail Director Adria and the Chief Growth Officer.
- Monitoring and driving Net Sales Growth.
- Analyzing and optimizing Customer Contribution and Gross Margin.
- Working consistently to improve sales Forecast Accuracy.
- Tracking actively and responding to customer survey scores.
- Managing stock levels, including E&O.
- Seeking to increase share of visibility, both offline and online.
- Preferably holds a Bachelor's or Master's Degree
- Has 2 to 5 years of experience in similar fields
- Maintains a shopper-centric approach
- Is able to develop a business plan
- Is data-driven and has great analytical skills
- Has strong interpersonal and communicational skills
- Understands P&L and delivers commercial KPIs
- Is agile and demonstrates decisive decision-making
- Has knowledge about digital and e-commerce trends (tech trends, search data, conversion, media CTR…)
- Has an ability to negotiate and build strong relationships
- Has strong computer skills (MS Office)
- Has a driving license
- Is fluent in English and Croatian language
