Do you thrive in dynamic environments where you manage multiple teams, timelines, and priorities?Join Elixirr Digital as a UAT Lead and take the lead in shaping seamless product experiences through robust testing strategies and business sign-offs!As a UAT Lead, you’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and managing the User Acceptance Testing process end-to-end. You’ll collaborate closely with business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to ensure that solutions meet business needs, work as intended, and deliver exceptional value to users.At Elixirr Digital, you’ll have the opportunity to work on high-impact projects, grow alongside a talented team, and make a direct contribution to the success of our clients across diverse industries.Candidates applying for an employment contract kindly note this position is a hybrid working opportunity from our office locations in Rijeka or Zagreb.What you will be doing as UAT Lead at Elixirr Digital?
  • Define the overall UAT approach, create the strategy and test plan, set timelines, and establish clear entry and exit criteria.
  • Coordinate test preparation by designing test scenarios and cases, preparing data sets, and ensuring environment readiness.
  • Manage UAT execution by overseeing test cycles, tracking progress, leading defect triage, and providing regular status and defect reports.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders by leading workshops, facilitating communication, and ensuring alignment through ongoing updates and reporting.
  • Oversee UAT closure by validating completion, preparing the UAT completion report, securing business sign-off, and capturing lessons learned for future improvements.
Competencies and skillset we expect you to have to successfully perform your job
  • Proven experience leading UAT cycles or managing testing initiatives from planning to closure.
  • Solid understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices for reporting and defect management.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities, with experience facilitating workshops and driving alignment.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and focused on continuous improvement and delivering high-quality outcomes.
Not required but nice to have:
  • Experience with enterprise-level software rollouts.
  • Familiarity with automation testing frameworks and tools.
