.Scope and PurposeThe main activities required for the role are:

General Ledger Management for the Company and Funds under management

Bookkeeping activities: Invoices, Bank statements, amortization

Group reporting and consolidation process

Reporting to the Regulator, Croatian Financial Authorities, and the Tax Administration

Reporting to the Management Board

Planning and Budgeting process

Cooperation with internal and external auditors

Coordination of activities with external supplier: payroll calculation, employee contracts

Monitoring of changes in the applicable legislation

Keeping records of travel authorisations

Required Experience7+ years of experience in Banking and Finance Sector, in Capital Markets, Asset Management is requiredCompetencies Required

Excel
Experience in budgeting nice to have
Promex software nice to have
Tagetik tool knowledge is an advantage
Fluent in Croatian
English at a very good level
Italian nice to have
Accounting in the Finance Sector
Accounting in the Asset Management Sector
Relevant legislation
IFRS
University degree, preferably in Economics
