We have been successfully implementing such model for the past 30 years with a series of successes together with our clients and partners.We are looking for an Accounting Manager who will contribute to the future of ASEE by coordinating and supervising all accounting activities, observing statutory accounting principles and ASEE policies and procedures.Why is this job exciting?As an Accounting Manager you will support business objectives by:

Contributing to definition, implementation and maintenance of Group financial and accounting policies and procedures
Managing accounting team of 11 members

What are the Key Challenges and Goals?

Coordinating and supervising all accounting activities
Observing statutory accounting principles, IFRS and ASEE policies and procedures
Financial accounting management - timely and accurate deliverables of accounting reports, FS, general ledger with proper application of IFRS (MSFI), Croatian law (HSFI) and company standards
Managing and preparing taxes and fiscal statements
Managing accounting team
Coordinating and supervising payroll activities
Responsible for legal and regulatory compliance

About youWe are looking for someone who has:

At least 3 years of experience in accounting supervisory role in a multinational finance operations or 5 years of accounting experience/ 5 years on managerial positions in Big 4
Advanced organizational skills
Knowledge of final analysis and approval of Tax and SSI declarations
Familiar with IFRS / Cro GAAP
Strong experience in Navision, Excel and Power Point
Advantage: CPA, CMA; Certified tax adviser,
Bachelor/Master degree in accounting/finances/economy
Advanced level of English allowing fluent communication, making presentations, preparing complex written statements and documents associated with performed tasks
