You will join the IT Strategy & Transformation team and support the definition, evolution, and oversight of the Group's IT governance framework. This includes activities related to process framework management, regulatory and audit compliance, stakeholder coordination, and reporting to internal and external bodies. Your role requires both strategic vision and operational attitude, with opportunities to collaborate across various IT and business domains.Your key responsibilities in this role will be:
- Supporting the design, update, and governance of Group IT processes and related documentation
- Contributing to initiatives aimed at improving IT process maturity, compliance, and operational consistency across the Group
- Acting as a point of contact for requests from control functions, external advisors, or other stakeholders
- Coordinating responses to internal and external audits and regulatory inspections, ensuring timely and accurate information flow
- Preparing and consolidating materials for periodic executive and operational reporting
- Facilitating knowledge sharing and communication of IT governance initiatives within and across IT functions
- Master's degree in engineering, economics, or related disciplines
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT governance, process management, or related roles within large organizations or consulting firms
- Familiarity with IT governance frameworks (e.g., ITIL, COBIT, ...) and process design methodologies
- Experience in process design, implementation, and regulatory documentation (e.g., policies, organizational procedures, operational procedures)
- Excellent skills in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Knowledge of regulations and standards relevant to the payments or financial services industry (e.g., PSD2, PCI-DSS, GDPR)
- Experience in stakeholder management and audit coordination
- Knowledge of project management approaches and tools
