You'll act as a trusted advisor to customers while owning the full revenue lifecycle.What you'll do:Own and exceed revenue targets by developing and executing strategic account plansManage complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles from prospecting to closeBuild trusted relationships with C-level and senior decision-makersIdentify new business opportunities within existing accounts and net-new prospectsLead value-based conversations focused on customer outcomes and ROICollaborate with pre-sales, solution consultants, and delivery teams to craft tailored proposalsDrive pipeline development through proactive outreach and territory planningNegotiate contracts and commercial agreementsMaintain accurate and hygiene of forecasting and pipeline visibilityStay current on SAP solutions, industry trends, and competitive landscapeRepresent the company professionally in client meetings, events, and executive briefingsAct as a strategic advisor helping customers align technology with business goalsSuccess in this role looks like:Consistently achieving or exceeding cloud quotaExpanding strategic accounts year over yearEstablishing long-term executive partnershipsDelivering measurable business value to customersWhat you bring:Minimum 10+ years of enterprise account sales experienceDemonstrated success selling complex, multi-solution deals to large organizationsStrong track record of exceeding quota and delivering sustained revenue growthExperience selling cloud-based solutions and subscription modelsExpertise in consultative, value-based, and solution selling methodologiesAbility to engage and influence C-level executives and senior stakeholdersProven success managing long, complex sales cycles with multiple decision-makersStrategic account planning and territory management skillsStrong negotiation, contract management, and closing capabilitiesExcellent communication, executive presence, and presentation skillsHigh level of business acumen with the ability to connect technology to customer outcomesSelf-driven mindset with strong ownership and accountabilityCollaborative approach to working with cross-functional teamsYou stand out if you have:Experience selling SAP or large enterprise platformsWorking with partnersIndustry specialization (e.g., manufacturing, retail, finance, public sector)Experience leading transformational or digital modernization dealsEducationBachelor or Master's DegreeMBA preferredProfessional Training and CertificationSales training, account and opportunity planning, negotiation skills, etc.Language RequirementEnglish: FluentCroatian: FluentBring out your best
