In this role, you will play a crucial part in the preparation and submission of competitive proposals and bids. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to consolidate information, ensure proposal quality, and support ongoing improvement of our proposal processes.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Support & Documentation
  • Review and summarize technical requirements from RFPs and tenders.
  • Identify and document mandatory technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts such as solution engineers and product teams to obtain technical information.
  • Draft or format technical responses using established knowledge bases to ensure consistency.
  • Organize supporting technical documentation for inclusion in bids.
  • Participate in internal reviews and evaluation meetings to validate content accuracy and completeness.
Bid Preparation & Submission
  • Assist in the preparation and timely submission of bids and proposals.
  • Compile, edit, and proofread bid documents to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Gather and verify information from internal knowledge bases.
  • Support the final formatting and professional presentation of submission materials.
Internal Coordination & Process Management
  • Coordinate input from internal stakeholders, tracking deliverables and keeping projects on schedule.
  • Help ensure compliance with internal processes and recommend process improvements.
  • Maintain and regularly update the internal knowledge base to support future proposal development.
Requirements
  • Final-year student or recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured procedures and guidelines.
  • Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets (e.g., formulas, sorting, basic data manipulation).
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Eagerness to learn technical systems, business processes, and documentation standards.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams, track tasks, and manage multiple small projects simultaneously.
