As a Finance business partner for IT CTO, you'll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team based in Zagreb. Together, we impact the lives of everyone around us by powering an easier tomorrow for every citizen, bank, business and colleague. You'll be part of a dynamic team of finance professionals with an open and informal structure with room to make your own footprint and based in different locations and therefore English is predominantly the work language.About Your Future Role
In this position, you will:
- Support the development and maintenance of financial models and tools to assess business scenarios, evaluate results, and forecast future performance
- Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts, budgets, and forecasts
- Provide financial analysis and insights to business unit management
- Support the financial decision-making and budget process
- Help ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their financial needs and provide relevant support
- Assist in the preparation of management reports and presentations
- Contribute to process improvements and best practices in financial management
We're looking for someone eager to make a difference. Here's what we value:
- 2 - 3 years experience within a similar finance organization ideally in an IT field or Technology company with an appetite to grow and learn
- The ideal candidate would hold a degree in finance/controlling/economics,
- You are experienced in providing simple and actionable insights based on strong analytical skills
- You are self-driven, result-oriented and able to be a source of proposals,
- As a great team player, you are outgoing and enjoy multicultural interaction with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel. It's an advantage if you bring development knowledge of Microsoft PowerBI
- You are fluent in spoken and written English and comfortable working with internationally distributed colleagues
