Together we contribute to creating reliable future.What will be your main tasks?Customer account balance
  • Cooperation with the Sales Department: active communication with the sales team, purchase order monitoring
  • Invoicing: creation of invoices for customers
  • Billing monitoring: regular monitoring and recording of receipts from customers
  • Reconciliation: verification of data reconciliation with customers and resolution of unreconciled open items
  • Opening of bank guarantees and letters of credit and communication with the bank and the customer regarding the same
Payments
  • Preparation of payment proposals: monitoring of suppliers' due dates (domestic, EU, and third countries), creating an outflow plan in the current month for the next month
  • Payment: processing and execution of financial transactions
  • Reconciliation with suppliers: verification of data reconciliation with suppliers and resolution of possibly unreconciled open items
Travel orders:
  • Calculation of travel orders: recording and calculation of costs related to employee travel
  • Payment of travel orders: processing and execution of payments according to the procedure for travel orders
  • Communication with colleagues from other departments: cooperation with members of other departments to ensure proper documentation creation and correct implementation of travel orders
More about you:
  • Master's Degree in Economics
  • at least five years of relevant experience working in the same or similar positions
  • advantage: advanced knowledge of MS Excel
  • experience of working with Pantheon (advantage: knowledge of working with INFOR LN)
  • good command of English in speech and writing
  • affinity for teamwork
  • desire to learn and master new skills
