Project Manager

• 4+ years of experience managing IT projects, ideally in software development
• Familiarity with mobile and web application development; agency experience is a plus
• Excellent written and spoken English, coupled with strong interpersonal skills
• A “can-do” attitude, with the ability to spot opportunities and challenges ahead of time
• Proven track record of delivering projects on schedule and within budget
• Able to juggle multiple tasks without losing focus on quality
• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and/or design process
• Able to inspire, guide, and collaborate effectively with different teams
• Skilled in reading people and adjusting communication styles for maximum clarity
• Understanding of relevant methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile, Scrum) and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana)

• Plan, define, and manage tasks, resources, and milestones for medium-sized projects from various industries
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and consistent communication
• Prepare project documentation and set objectives in line with clients needs, including scope, timeline, and budget
• Collaborate with clients and the project team to define backlogs, write user stories, and clarify requirements
• Lead daily stand-up meetings and foster collaboration among designers, developers, and testers
• Ensure deliverables meet all project specifications and quality standards
• Anticipate potential issues, propose value-added features or improvements, and keep projects on schedule and within budget
• Maintain detailed records of all communication, decisions, and changes throughout the project lifecycle
