- Accurately report incidents and ensure proper escalation of incidents
- Effectively manage and follow up on the inquiries

- Maintain working knowledge of our client’s products and services
- Continuously seek improvement to enhance the team's performance
- Excellent Croatian and English (at least C1 for both spoken and written)
- At least 2 years of experience in user support
- Experience in providing support for computers, tablets, smartphones, and smart home devices
- Experience in applications and social media configurations
- Experience in email and web browsing support
- Experience in office software support for users
- Technical studies diploma or courses
- Knowledge of Windows, macOS
- Analytical and research skills
- Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
- Experience in antivirus software and personal firewall support
- Experience in installing and configuring corporate internet connections
