The person in this role should combine an understanding of market and business needs with expertise in software engineering, in order to design innovative solutions that deliver tangible business outcomes.What you’ll do:

Identify new business opportunities in the field of software engineering & AI
Understand and analyze client needs and design and present technical solutions and business proposals in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Participate in the technical aspects of pre-sales activities – idea creation, solution design, cost and resource estimation in collaboration with delivery teams and management
Actively participate in negotiations and contract closures with clients
Ensure the creation of clear, user-oriented technical documentation that supports implementation, maintenance, and knowledge transfer
Monitor project execution and its business impact with the goal of improving future opportunities and client relationships
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, and represent the company at professional events (conferences, fairs, meetups)
Actively follow trends and innovations in software engineering and translate them into recommendations for clients

What we expect:

University degree in a technical field (computer science, electrical engineering, or related area)
Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering (development, architecture, or technical consulting)
Experience in business development, sales, or account management in the IT sector
Strong understanding of technologies (cloud, AI, data engineering, modern software development)
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple way
Proven experience in leading negotiations and closing contracts with clients
Proactivity, result orientation, and ability to work in a dynamic environment
Excellent knowledge of English, both spoken and written (additional languages are an advantage)
