IT Systems Specialist

• Maintain and manage Microsoft server environment and related services.
• Configure, monitor and troubleshoot network infrastructure and associated services.
• Support storage systems, perform regular backups and monitor data integrity.
• Perform basic tasks related to virtualization platforms (Hyper-V, vSphere or equivalent).
• Provide technical support and ensure system reliability across departments.

• At least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Advanced understanding of networking and system administration.
• Proven experience with Microsoft technologies.
• Solid understanding of IT security principles and best practices.
• Working knowledge of virtualization technologies and management.
• Familiarity with storage technologies (SAN/NAS) and backup solutions.
• Experience with MSSQL, PostgreSQL and basic database operations.
• Exposure to cloud technologies.
• Strong command of English (both written and spoken).
