- Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
- Handle office supplies, mail, and internal documentation
- Support internal and external event coordination
- Communicate with vendors and external partners
- Maintain a well-organized and welcoming office space
- Provide basic logistical and administrative support to other departments
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or office support role
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
- Strong proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive and reliable approach to work
- Work in an experienced and encouraging team
