Aspen Medical seeks expressions of interest from experienced and qualified Female Scrub Nurse to join our team in supporting an oil and gas project in Libya. As a nurse, you will be responsible for providing high quality healthcare services in hospital or clinical settings.Responsibilities:Assist in surgical procedures by preparing and maintaining the sterile field.Hand instruments and supplies to surgeons during surgery.Monitor and manage the surgical environment for infection control.Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure a smooth operation.Requirements:Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience in a hospital or clinic setting
Preferably 10 years of nursing experience in relevant departments
Proficient in English language (written and spoken)
Nursing Diploma from an accredited university
Valid license to practice nursing
Certifications in BLS or equivalentProficiency in surgical scrubbing, gowning, and gloving procedures to maintain a sterile field during surgeries.Familiarity with different surgical instruments and their uses is essential for a scrub nurse.
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of medical procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsContract Details:Contract duration: 5+ years
