- Bachelor or Master`s degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related studies
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in professional services or consulting for consultant level, 3+ years for senior level
- Interest in sustainability issues across various industry sectors
- Willingness to learn and increase practical and theoretical knowledge
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken Croatian and English language
- Advanced knowledge and use of the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication, presentation and report-writing skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to deliver high-quality work products
- Bright, resilient, detail-oriented, critical and strategic thinker with ability to solve complex problems
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver commitments on time and budget
- Skills and capabilities related to proposal writing, report writing, delivering presentations, and project management
- Experience in running workshops, processes aimed at creating new solutions in the field of sustainable development, using design thinking methodologies, etc.
- Knowledge of the EU ESG regulation (NFRD, CSRD, ESRD, CSDDD, EU Taxonomy etc.), GRI standards & indicators as well as other regulations on the subject of sustainable development, including climate and best practices in this field
- Experience in projects in the field of ESG factor analysis, designing ESG strategy for clients in the non-financial sector, non-financial and integrated reporting, verification of non-financial data as a part of company activities or as an external consultant
- Experience in carbon footprint calculations and decarbonization projects
- Measuring company's impact on the environment, economy and society
- Analysis of activities in the field of ESG and design of strategic activities/flagship programs in the field of responsible business and sustainable development
- Advice and implementation of projects in the area of sustainability
- Defining and implementing strategies & new business models that address today's business needs and future growth (including recognizing opportunities for growth & cost reductions through a sustainability lens)
- Perform data research on industry and market trends, synthesize and analyze relevant information to draw insights
- Develops reports and presentations, using clear and concise messaging, including data visualizations
- Participate in business development activities (e.g. proposals, preparing press articles etc.) when required
- Managing ongoing projects, including customer relationships; (Depending on the role)
- Supporting sales, educational and business development activities; (Depending on the role)
- Manage own work against the project plan and complete it with quality and timeliness
