- Help build up a business by timely identifying new business prospects
- Negotiate in cities we operate in Croatia to deliver it to our customers in line with Company's objectives
- Meet monthly targets defined by the Sales Manager
- Coordinate the Sales Plans defined together with the Sales Manager
- Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference
- At least, 2+ years of experience in high-performance sales
- Sales hunger is a must! You may never take a no for an answer
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to persuade potential partners and close deals at best convenience of the Company
- Readiness to take regular business trips in cities within Glovo market covering the entirety of the Croatian territory
- Proactive, highly motivated, results-driven attitude
- Ability to adapt to fast changing environments
- An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude
- Great Croatian and English language skills
- Computer literate; good knowledge of Google Docs and MS Office, Excel
