You will be responsible for leading and overseeing medium to large-scale projects, applying Agile practices to drive efficient and successful outcomes.

Lead and manage projects using Agile methodologies
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies
Ensure effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and objectives
Implement and optimize delivery processes and workflows
Provide regular status updates and reports to senior management
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team
Work closely with the customer and the engineering team (including management) in order to shape a product or a business functionality

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
3+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on Agile methodologies
Agile certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or CSM
Proficiency in Agile project management tools and techniques (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and Croatian
Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Expertise in risk management and mitigation strategies
In-depth understanding of the product development lifecycle
Familiarity with engineering or manufacturing processes
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
