TradeLocker is seeking a Mid-Level Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our teams and hiring managers. In this role, you’ll take full ownership of the recruitment cycle and play a key role in shaping our company’s growth. You’ll partner closely with managers and leadership to bring in exceptional talent, while also driving our employer branding initiatives to position TradeLocker as an employer of choice. Leading and managing the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple functions, ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate experience.
Partnering with hiring managers to understand team needs and role requirements deeply.
Sourcing high-quality candidates through diverse channels (LinkedIn, job boards, direct outreach, etc.) and proactively building strong pipelines.
Conducting structured interviews and guiding stakeholders in making fair, data-driven hiring decisions aligned with company values and team culture.
Enhancing the employer branding strategy through content and interviews that highlight TradeLocker’s culture and opportunities.
Monitoring and analyzing recruitment metrics, providing regular insights and reports to leadership.
Taking ownership of creating, updating, and maintaining clear and engaging job descriptions.

What we’re looking for:

3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced or tech environment.
Experience in international recruitment.
Proven track record in sourcing and engaging passive candidates.
Strong interviewing and assessment skills with an understanding of different recruitment methodologies.
Interest in Employer Branding initiatives.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
Fluency in English (written and spoken).

The gross salary range for the Mid Talent Acquisition Specialist position is between €2500 and €3200 monthly, depending on your experience.What you can expect from us:
