  • A chef that is a trainer, a coach, a leader!!!
  • Creativity with a sense of Luxury and Contemporary F&B.
  • Strong “process mind” to implement structure and procedures (managing working hours, food cost, menu engineering, purchasing controls…).
  • Excellent knowledge of the hotel kitchen operations as well as advanced culinary knowledge.
  • Excellent management skills. Experience in managing teams.
  • Knowledge of English, both written and spoken. Croatian language as well as all other languages are considered to be an advantage
  • Cultural awareness and ability to adapt to the local culture and market.
  • 3 years of experience on the same or similar position, preferably within an international environment, in a 4 or 5 star property. Resort experience is considered an advantage

Your main responsibilities will be leading a team of associates, improving and/or maintaining quality of food and daily planning of Kitchen operation. Active role in creating fun menus (what is seen is not good enoughJ) and F+B packages as well as other marketing activities is expected in this role. Assisting in preparing and coordinating departmental tasks will also be among your responsibilities.CreAtivitY, Health and Safety Procedures (inc.
